Justin and I did a nice 6+ miles this morning. The weather was kinda raw and nasty, but it doesn't really matter when you have good company. We ended up running 7:00 pace for the run, but it felt pretty comfortable and we held conversation the whole way. My final 20+ miler tomorrow before backing off the mileage.
