10 Miles of Hills!

Much like I suggested yesterday, this run was going to be brutal. Well, it certainly didn't let me down. This was one of the harder 10 milers that I have done in a long time. The hills started at the Coy Paper Dam in West Claremont and continued for 4 miles until I crested the last one at the intersection of Slab City Road and Veterans Park Road. Along the way, I ran over Clay Hill and Thrasher Road. By the time I got to the outdoor pool my legs were junk. I tried to put something together for the last couple miles, but I couldn't get much faster than 7:10 mpm. This workout should pay off big later on!
