I ran an easy 7 miles this morning to the Boston College Stadium at just under 7:30 pace. Almost immediately after starting my run it began to snow. It would have been okay if they were big fluffly snow flakes, but they were anything but. The snow felt like little pieces of ice hitting me in the eyeballs. It was awful. The road conditions were were still terrible after yesterday's storm. At the end of the 7 miles I did another 1.3 miles which consisted of 8x100m strides and a 0.3 mile cooldown. It was a good way to get my legs turning over again after Sunday's hard run.
