I ran the same route as yesterday, but I did it a hair slower today. Yesterday I ran the 8 miles at about a 7:30 mpm pace, and today I did it closer to 7:35 mpm. It was an awesome run. Again, I got into a nice rhythm and lost myself in thought. I kinda like running when it is cold out too...not sure why. Tomorrow will be my first double session since the marathon.
