I did 8.1 miles on the Riverway bike path. It is a loop that goes about 1.35 miles around a small dirty river. There are some nice bridges and stuff that you run underneath on the trail. The trail is very nice, and it was not congested with other runners or bikers. I ran a bit harder than I wanted to. I wanted something around 7:40 mpm pace and I did about 7:24 or so. I did the last loop at a 7:00 pace. A great start to the week, and a bonus that I found such a good place to run so close to where we are living!
