Frozen Beard

I did 10.5 miles this morning in Claremont. I went around Winter St extension and came back into town on Elm Street. This is one of my favorite loops. It is pretty hilly too, which added a nice element. It was 2 degrees when I stepped off, but thankfully there was no wind. When I finished I looked at myself in the mirror and my entire beard was covered in ice. It was the coolest looking thing. I managed to run 7:24 mpm pace as an average which is way faster than I thought I was going. I figured that I would have been around the 7:45 range. Well, I am very happy with the workout and thankfully I didn't get frostbite of any kind. A double session tomorrow in Boston.
